ABOUT NEXTDOOR
The Next Door Theater Group is a non-profit organization, founded by Brian Milauskas of KIDSTOCK! and Debbie Boyle of BALLET ARTS CENTRE. Their mission is to “build community through the arts with education, participation and presentation.” They provide the opportunity for outside groups to take advantage of the intimate performance space available at the NextDoor Center for the Arts as a community-wide home for performance art, staged readings, fundraisers, corporate events, lectures, demonstrations, civic events and social functions!
The space offers a seating capacity of 135 and the stage easily adapts for dance, theater, film, music or speaker. The lobby houses the Barbara Gagel Art Gallery, a dedicated space for local artists to display their work in a unique professional setting. Occasionally we have the ability to rent out the theater around our rehearsal and performance schedule as time permits. For rental inquiries, please email [email protected].
