NextDoor Theater's Box Office is located in the lobby of the theater at 40 Cross Street, Winchester MA. and is happy to assist patrons with single tickets purchases and subscriptions.
Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open via telephone from 9am to 1pm Tuesday through Friday. On performance days it is open from noon to 5pm, except on Sunday's when it is open from 11am to 1pm.

Receipt/Confirmation
Patrons who supply their email address will receive an email receipt of their purchase.

Single Ticket Exchanges
All Non-Subscriber ticket sales are final. Subscribers may exchange their tickets by contacting the box office at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the performance.

NextDoor Theater offers reserved stadium type seating, giving audience members a clear view to the entire stage.

Cancellation
Please note that NextDoor Theater does not cancel performance due to inclement weather, except in the event of a State of Emergency. In such cases, cancellation information will be posted on our website and on our box office number.
Children
We encourage and welcome children to attend any of our Kidstock! classes and performances. However, it is not recommended that children under the age of five attend NextDoor Theater productions. Some productions may contain strong language and adult themes. We suggest you request additional information from the box office when purchasing tickets.
We do recommend all children be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to sit on parents laps.
Late Seating
If you arrive after the performance has already begun, for your safety and the comfort of your fellow theater-goers, you will be seated in an available seat at an appropriate point in the performance. You will be permitted to move to your assigned seat at intermission. All latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. If appropriate seats are not available, you will not be permitted into the theater until intermission.
Recording
Photography, videography, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the theater.
Concessions
NextDoor Theater sells beverages and snack prior to each performance, and during intermission.
