RENTALS

The NextDoor Theater is an intimate, 135-seat performance venue that serves as a community-wide home for organizational meetings, visual art displays, staged readings, fundraisers, corporate events, lectures, demonstrations, civic events and social functions. The lobby houses the Barbara Gagel Art Gallery, a dedicated space for local artists to display their work in a unique, professional setting. A perfect venue for your intimate event.  We have the ability to project a film, slideshow or powerpoint.  There is a full lighting and sound system, and a baby grand piano at the front of the house.  Our lobby is an open space with access to tables and chairs for local nonprofit groups to request to hold a meeting of it's board or membership free of charge should the theater schedule allow.

THEATER RENTAL RATES for 2017 for meetings, rehearsals, audience events with no admission - no backstage access
  • $150 first hour
  • $75 second hour
  • $50 each additional hour

THEATER RENTAL RATES for 2017 for events where an admission will be charged - access to backstage
  • $250 first hour
  • $150 second hour
  • $100 each additional hour

A cleaning fee of $75 is required if food/beverages will be served.

If your organization or event requires the services of a technical person to run lights or sound, you may provide your own or request a quote for services from the theater - we do not promise to provide this service with our rentals

REQUIREMENTS
  • A mutually-agreeable date
  • A $100 nonrefundable deposit
  • Proof of Liability Insurance of up to $2 million for paid admission events
  • A signed contract
